- Comment: Previously we had a tankless water heater installed. Great experience and very professional technicians. Very pleased. Recently excessive water pressure impacted our tankless heater pressure release valve. Technicians addressed the release valve, tested psi and determined it was 155 psi. Typical is 60-80. Recommended pressure reducing valves were installed in a most efficient manner. While unexpected costs were incurred we are again very pleased with the service we received. Initial referral was from our neighbor. We will refer others and certainly use Helms Plumbing and Drains in the future.
