Stephen got out ther quick to evaluate and gave options like suggesting an emergency pan and drain. He got the old water heater removed, hauled away for recycle, and the new water heater installed in a new emergency pan with a new drain to the outside of the home. When this water heater finally quits atleast it wont leak all over the floor again. The tenant had their hot water restored the same day.
