- Comment: Have been a satisfied customer for the last three years and come to rely on Helms fast efficient service! I was caught off guard this week after returning home from shopping and unloading groceries and such, I went to wash my hands and had no water! Called and left message they took it from there and work me in as soon as was possible and under not the best circumstances replaced the part needed and was so please with the nice friendly technician and got to know him. I was treated with warm personal service. Wouldn't think of using anyone else and would recommend Helms to everyone who have Plumbing and Drain needs!!! And yes in the past I have needed then for my kitchen drain.
