2023 Update: Called to help with an issue of water coming back up from washing machine drain pipe in one rental property. They replaced the 1.5” pipe with 3” pipe to ensure no future problem. They came and got the job done well and ensured that everything was working properly. Job well done. Three days later in another rental property, had leak inside wall from shower water pipe. Called and Helm’s team member came out quickly, and expertly fixed it. Have now entered into a maintenance agreement for five properties where they will come twice yearly and check out all properties to avoid costly future repairs by catching plumbing issues before they cause major water damage. I trust Helms Plumbing and highly recommend them.
2022: Excellent service and follow-through. Replaced all old pipes with new in the whole home. Helped to disconnect and reconnect water heater and assisted with reconnecting water lines for dishwasher and ice maker. Further, installed new garden tubs and surrounds in two bathrooms. Friendly and easy to do business with. Honest and hardworking folks, getting the job done in a timely manner. I trust them and highly recommend them. -
