Comment: On time and professional, communicated well. The only thing I was unsure about was why they spent so much time in the crawl space. They were there for 30 minutes, only to return with confirmation of the same findings I had made previously in 10 minutes. But they tightened the toilet well and cleaned up fully before leaving.
