- Comment: Tree roots in my main sewer line. Helms came out on an emergency call and cleared the block for a temporary fix. They quoted (well below 2 other quotes) and scheduled a permanent fix of replacing my main sewer line. They were efficient, profesional, and courteous throughout, even put out grass seed and straw to cover the trench. My next plumbing project is a tankless water heater and I will not hesitate to call Helms again.
