I've been doing business with Chris Helms for many years.
He was working for another company at the time we met I really liked him. He's an honest man of good character. His tempermant is calm and he is a good listener.
Chris and his team are reliable, well presented, and punctual. Super professional company. His staff looks clean and professional....which is a HUGE PLUS.
At my old home, Chris completely restructured the entire drainage system underneath my home to the street.
Since then, we moved and built a new home. Chris and his team came to install a new hot water recirculator system and a home water filtration system.
The craftsman of their work is impeccable and he provides service and parts warranties that are fair and common to the trade.
A business like Chris's is all about building relationships. now that I've met 3 of his other workers, I would feel comfortable with any of them coming back to my home for more work.
All in all.... (while I hope I never "need" to have a plumber back to the new home)..... I would not ever hesitate to call on Chris and his team. -
