- Comment: Had an issue with my outside faucet. Called on Monday around 11 and was able to get a t uesday appointment and if you hard in Gastonia....there is no upfront travel charge like most companies have. Chris was very friendly and proficient. Told me upfront what needed to be done and how much...and if it applies to you...they offer a senior discount. Job was finia he's in a timely manner and they also have a 2 year guarantee on their work. Very happy and would certainly recommend to anyone
