The bathroom sink has normal hot water pressure, but the tub/shower has almost no hot water pressure. I’d like the shower valve cartridge and pressure-balancing valve checked before replacing any larger plumbing components

This customer was helping her mom sell her home and some minor plumbing issues came up on the inspection report. Brandy got her on our schedule when it was convenient for them. Mac was able to replace a few bad cartridges in the tub valves and tighten down a loose faucet in the kitchen so that they could close out the sale of the home.
