I have a dripping kitchen sink line and the under-sink shutoff won't fully stop the leak while I wait for a replacement part, so I asked if you offer a service call to assess and temporarily fix it.

Katies kitchen faucet wouldnt turn off after she used it Saturday morning. She tried turning the valves under the cabinet off, but had no luck there either. Brandy received her call, and got Chris scheduled to go out A.S.A.P. He finished the call he was at and arrived onsite in about an hoiur. chris changed out the failed shut off valves under the sink, nand helped her find the correct parts for her kitchen faucet online so she could order them. He made another trip when her parts came in to repair her faucet and test. Everything is working properly now.
