Josh bought a home with an existing tankless water heater that he was unsure about the age and maintenance of. We scheduled Stephen to perform the manufacturers recommended annual maintenance on the unit. Stephen flushed the unit with a descaler to improve efficient heating of the water as well as testing and cleaning multiple other components inside the unit. Not only will this help with efficiency but it will prolong the life of the appliance.
