This is our second time using Helms Plumbing. The first time was Chris Jr. and the second time was Chris Senior. The service and skills provided by both are exceptional. This is a great family owned business that takes pride in what they do. No problem too big or small for them. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They gave me a reasonable quote to repipe my entire house, explained the warranty and work guarantee and sent it to me when requested. They were responsive, came when scheduled, cleaned up after themselves and the young men were so polite and helpful. I waited over a month to make sure there were no problems before I wrote this review and so far so good! Highly recommend.

Previously we had a tankless water heater installed. Great experience and very professional technicians. Very pleased. Recently excessive water pressure impacted our tankless heater pressure release valve. Technicians addressed the release valve, tested psi and determined it was 155 psi. Typical is 60-80. Recommended pressure reducing valves were installed in a most efficient manner. While unexpected costs were incurred we are again very pleased with the service we received. Initial referral was from our neighbor. We will refer others and certainly use Helms Plumbing and Drains in the future.

Helms is the best in the business. Fast service. Super friendly and helpful. Recently my tankless hot water heater had frozen up in my garage, and I need them to come out. Came out same day, thawed it. Didn’t charge me anything - just took care of it. Highly recommended!

Helms Plumbing did a great job! They replumbed our home and installed a new gas water heater and aqua hut. The price was right and they came and worked until the job was finished. They were friendly and professional. We feel that Helms Plumbing will be our go to for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this business. The gentleman, Mac that came out to fix my water hose for my ice maker went above and beyond to get us up and running. Very impressive young man, knew exactly what needed to be done and super friendly!
