Since I've been in Gastonia, I have called on Helms plumbing several times. I had emergencies a few times and Chris answered immediately almost each time. I recently had some foundation work done and had some done in the past where I needed lines moved and Chris worked with me on them. Recently I had some lines moved for foundation work and when Chis and his son and crews came back, they replaced my plumbing because mine was so old. I would recommend Helms plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

I reported a hot water issue early Monday afternoon. Chris arrived in less than 2 hours from the time of my call. He was friendly, courteous and very informative. He had the problem diagnosed and corrected in less than 2 minutes. I definitely will be using Helms Plumbing for any future work or project.

When they weren’t name calling and fighting, as brothers do, Chris and Dylan did great work. That “brash” Chris succeeded when 2 other plumbers failed to clear my cog.However he did try to rip me off by charging me $100 a foot for his snake work,
