I'm updating my review from last year. We're extremely happy with our choice of Helms Plumbing. We had some work done under our house last week by GSM. Their crew discovered some minor issues that were from the work that Helms did. Nothing major given the amount of work that Helms did for us. I reached out to Helms to let them know about the issues. I got an immediate response. In addition to that, they sent someone out the very next day to fix the problem. They 1000% honored the warranty that came with our services last year. So thankful we chose them! Highly recommended x 2!!!

Chris and his 2 Sons are the nicest guys and most confident to help a disabled Lady.They all are extremely excellent plumbers. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

There was a little gas leak from my water heater that I purchased from Chris Helms. I called Chris Helms & he had his Technician repair the leak. The part that was leaking was not installed by his Company. It was an original piping. The Technician repaired anyway FREE of charge!! Thank you Chris Helms & Company for repairing the gas leak that was not a part of ur installation.

Two young guys installed my dishwasher. They were both very professional, did great job and paid attention to every detail to insure it was installed corrected. Very pleased with their work.

Chris did a great job removing our old kitchen faucet and installing a new one. He was on time and efficient. I will be using Helms Plumbing for additional plumbing repairs.

Great work! Everything is working fine. There is no more water soaking my floors when washing clothes. Who new getting a new washer would cause overflow issues. I will use them again when needed! Thanks guys!

Helms is the epitome of professionalism. The two gentleman that fixed a running toilet, and removed a utility sink (attached), came in, introduced themselves, always called me, "sir", and left a clean workspace!

Chris and his team were so wonderful to work with! Very responsive, quick to get on the schedule and showed up within the first 15min of the hourlong arrival window. In and out quickly and fairly priced! Couldn’t be happier with the communication, value and product. As a Realtor, I have recommend them to both clients and friends/family who have all been equally pleased.
