Tree roots in my main sewer line. Helms came out on an emergency call and cleared the block for a temporary fix. They quoted (well below 2 other quotes) and scheduled a permanent fix of replacing my main sewer line. They were efficient, profesional, and courteous throughout, even put out grass seed and straw to cover the trench. My next plumbing project is a tankless water heater and I will not hesitate to call Helms again.

We had a sudden emergency with a badly leaking pipe. they showed up promptly, assessed the damage, and were able to give me a reasonable price for the extensive repairs. All of the young men were very knowledgeable and polite. It took them several hours the next day to get the repairs made but they stayed until all was done. I will definitely use this company again if I have any plumbing problems!
