Would highly recommend Chris and his team of professionals. My mom's drain was stopped up and it gave Chris a fit, but he had more patience than I would have had. After working for 3 hours and calling in Johnny to help him , he finally got it . He had quoted me a price I thought was fair before he started and after the tough time he had the price was the same. I appreciate the way he does business. He will be my plumber in the future.

I absolutely love this company!! I contacted them about a stopped up drain at around 7pm and they had someone out the next day, they have gone above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure we were happy with the result. The crew that came out were very professional and were even super patient with my very curious 4 year old. I will never use anyone else! Give them a call today!

I would highly recommend Helms Plumbing and drains if you have a plumbing problem. We had an issue with our water and Chris came out after hours and told us what was wrong and what he needed to do to get our water back on. He was very professsional and polite. He will be our go to plumber!!

I have used Helms plumbing on several occasions and don't usually write reviews but this last time the gentleman was so quick to help me with my clogged drain. He was so nice and professional that I wanted to reach out and write a review for this company. I will continue calling this company if I have issues in the future.

I would highly recommend Chris Helms and his crew for any job. I had been without water for 4 days. Couldn't get any plumbers to call us back. Luckily a close friend gave me Chris' number and he came right out. Fixed my problem after hours and I have much better water pressure than I thought was possible! Thanks Chris! You're a life saver!

They were customer service oriented. They were responsive. They were timely and great.

Had an issue with my outside faucet. Called on Monday around 11 and was able to get a t uesday appointment and if you hard in Gastonia....there is no upfront travel charge like most companies have. Chris was very friendly and proficient. Told me upfront what needed to be done and how much...and if it applies to you...they offer a senior discount. Job was finia he's in a timely manner and they also have a 2 year guarantee on their work. Very happy and would certainly recommend to anyone

I contacted this firm to repair my kitchen sink(leaking) and to put in new faucets in the bathroom and to repair my leaking shower as well. The work was preformed in a timely and professional manner. The cost was very fair, and I was pleased at how smooth everything went. I would strongly recommend them for and plumbing issues you might have. John was who did my work.

Aces! John came out to take care of a main line clog in our toilet system, Friday night around 7:00. This was no easy task and his boss came out to assist. They quickly identified the problem, did everything necessary including taking a toilet up to get to the clog. Got it fixed perfectly and you couldn’t even tell they had been here after they left, which was in and of it’s self amazing. Perfect service here. Perfect gentlemen. Perfect call. Interesting to note that the big guys were called and couldn’t even make it out till the following Monday. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The best plumbers I’ve ever had out and very fair prices to boot.

Chris Helms also installed a new water heater and replaced an outside water faucet. His timeliness, professional work and friendly manner were the best. I highly recommend his company. He even cleaned up an outdoor plumbing outlet that needed resealing that I had forgotten.

John was excellent! Did a great job fixing my problem and educating me about what was wrong and how to fix it. Talked about the benefits. My toilet was making a loud foghorn sound. He gave a reasonable price for the job.

Great, very professional and friendly. Major clog in main line to sink. It gave him problems but he keep at it till it finally opened up. Price was reasonable compared to others. If you want great work with friendly people, this is the one to choose. Will use them again on my next project.
