Reviews for Helms Plumbing and Drains

Helms Plumbing was called in the middle of the day to "bail me out" with a leak in the wall. They fit me in there schedule Clear Across Town (counties) and I was the last stop for John. It was hot in the attic, last job of the day, pretty far from his home base and you would never know it by his attitude. I had John quote another job for me while he was there - Customer Service wins every time. Thank you Helms Plumbing - Chris & John <--thanx John

Very professional guys that helped me after I recently bought a house here and found issues. Quickly solved my drainage and water pressure problems. Super polite and easy to talk to. Highly suggest and trust their opinions!

I contacted this firm to repair my kitchen sink(leaking) and to put in new faucets in the bathroom and to repair my leaking shower as well. The work was preformed in a timely and professional manner. The cost was very fair, and I was pleased at how smooth everything went. I would strongly recommend them for and plumbing issues you might have. John was who did my work.

Aces! John came out to take care of a main line clog in our toilet system, Friday night around 7:00. This was no easy task and his boss came out to assist. They quickly identified the problem, did everything necessary including taking a toilet up to get to the clog. Got it fixed perfectly and you couldn’t even tell they had been here after they left, which was in and of it’s self amazing. Perfect service here. Perfect gentlemen. Perfect call. Interesting to note that the big guys were called and couldn’t even make it out till the following Monday. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The best plumbers I’ve ever had out and very fair prices to boot.

They were very efficient and John was was very helpful in solving my problem. Appreciate their help’

Great service. Will never use anyone else. Fast efficient and affordable.

Chris Helms also installed a new water heater and replaced an outside water faucet. His timeliness, professional work and friendly manner were the best. I highly recommend his company. He even cleaned up an outdoor plumbing outlet that needed resealing that I had forgotten.

John was excellent! Did a great job fixing my problem and educating me about what was wrong and how to fix it. Talked about the benefits. My toilet was making a loud foghorn sound. He gave a reasonable price for the job.

Great service and price.

Great, very professional and friendly. Major clog in main line to sink. It gave him problems but he keep at it till it finally opened up. Price was reasonable compared to others. If you want great work with friendly people, this is the one to choose. Will use them again on my next project.

Setting appointment that fit my schedule was very easy. The work done by Chris and John was completed without a flaw and not in the best of conditions. If you want quality work with people that have a great attitude and deliver this at a very fair price - hire Helms Plumbing and Drain.

He's great, always recommend him. He has done complete re-plumbing on my house, put in a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. Easy to communicate with, honest, does excellent and listened.

Chris was very professional and friendly in suggesting a replacement water heater. Did the job within a few hours at a reasonable price -- much less than other estimates. Will use them again.

Excellent work and trustworthy. I would be fine leaving him alone to do work. I was that comfortable with him.

Chris came out at 8 pm to discuss our water main leak. Gave a competitive bid. Returned the next morning to replace the water main. I would highly recommend Helms plumbing.

Did a great inspection for me when purchasing a home. Good value, easy to communicate with and timely response.
