We had a broken kitchen faucet and outside faucet replaced by Chris. Not only was the service outstanding but he came the next day after we called. The faucet was a Delta and Chris told us to contact them first. Great advice! Delta sent a replacement free of charge. If you want an excellent plumber with a cordial personality and very reasonable fees, I highly recommend this Plumbing service.

My 84 year old grandmother had no water. Her and my grandfather have health issues so not having water can cause issues for both of them. We called Helms in the afternoon and as soon as they were done with the job they were on they came. Dark and Cold. Got under the house temporarily repaired the leak so they could have water and provided a full estimate by 8pm that evening. Need quality, honest work? HELMS Plumbing is where its at!

We're new to the area, but we've found our Plumber! Helms came out the day before Thanksgiving to fix the hot water line (an hour after we called them), & did't charge us an arm and a leg either. Already discussing future work that we would like to have done.

Helms Plumbing was called in the middle of the day to "bail me out" with a leak in the wall. They fit me in there schedule Clear Across Town (counties) and I was the last stop for John. It was hot in the attic, last job of the day, pretty far from his home base and you would never know it by his attitude. First off Chris Helms and his jr tech were amazing! I was in a jam on a house I was remodeling and they were able to get out the same day and help stop the bleeding. I called Helms Plumbing and Drain to unclog my kitchen sink. The gentleman arrived on time and was extremely friendly. He fixed my issue quickly. He made sure not to leave a mess and let me know his company was available for any and all my plumbing needs. I really like the 90 day quarantine on the work done. Last of all, I want to thank them for being paperless. It not only makes my life easier, it is good for the environment.
