Very quick exemplary service..Chris Helms and his son Dillon replaced hot water heater in our attic in a few hours..very clean procedure with no mess anywhere..very careful with hoses and drop cloths..took time to explain every stage of the installation..I don't how anyone else could have done a better job..

Highly recommend! Dylan did a good job and was very respectful. He installed an expansion tank for the water heater and a pressure regulator valve to reduce our very high city water pressure. If we have any other plumbing needs, Helms will be my first call!

These guys found the issue quickly, communicated well in every step and stayed after dark until the job was done. Accessed my main header to clear a pretty nasty clog after i tried everything i could, exhausting all i know to do. This is how service business should be done and is a rarity these days. I also noticed Chris responds even to all negative reviews and either sets the record straight, or goes the extra mile and fixes the issue. These are the folks you want to call when you want a fairly price fixed and be sure it will get done correctly and quickly.

Have been a satisfied customer for the last three years and come to rely on Helms fast efficient service! I was caught off guard this week after returning home from shopping and unloading groceries and such, I went to wash my hands and had no water! Called and left message they took it from there and work me in as soon as was possible and under not the best circumstances replaced the part needed and was so please with the nice friendly technician and got to know him. I was treated with warm personal service. Wouldn't think of using anyone else and would recommend Helms to everyone who have Plumbing and Drain needs!!! And yes in the past I have needed then for my kitchen drain.

What a great experience considering no one wants to have an emergency plumbing repair! I called Chris based on a previous contact I had at my sister’s house. My sister needed someone to come out to look at a ceiling leak she had from her upstairs plumbing and Chris Sr came out. He was so kind and helpful that 3 years later when my water pressure dropped to ZERO out of the blue, I called back and had Chris’ son respond to fix my water pressure regulator without a hitch! He instantly knew my issue and made the repair seamlessly. I cannot express how impressed I was with this business and you can tell customer service and satisfaction is their priority.
