Two very polite young men came out and replace my faucet in my kitchen and did a great job.

Very professional and a great value. The quality can't be beat. I will never use anyone else. I would highly recommend Helms Plumbing.

Chris came out and fixed an issue at our business. He is dependable and his rate is very reasonable.

Very satisfied with quick response, excellent service and great communication!

Fast, knowledgeable, courteous, overall excellent experience

I had the best experience with Chris Helms Plumbing! Chris was professional, communicative, and was able to assess a plumbing leak I had in my inline. He was able to get me scheduled quickly and replace the line, not to mention work with my homeowners insurance agent. Would highly recommend his services. He and his crew are the best plumber in the greater Charlotte area in my opinion!

I had a very good experience with Helms. Chris was very nice and he explained everything , got the job done in a very timely manner and was done the same day. I would highly recommend his and Helms Plumbing service. Thank you for making it easy.

Quick response, expert problem solving, super courteous, very professional, and affordable. What else could you ask for? We’ve used Helms for every plumbing need for 6years, and are always very pleased with their service - we highly recommend this company!

Chris was very respectful, worked diligently to diagnose the issue. Discussed the issue and what would need to be done to resolve the problem. He got everything fixed and working as it should be. I would recommend Helms Plumbing to anyone in need of their services! Thanks for a job well done!

These guys found the issue quickly, communicated well in every step and stayed after dark until the job was done. Accessed my main header to clear a pretty nasty clog after i tried everything i could, exhausting all i know to do. This is how service business should be done and is a rarity these days. I also noticed Chris responds even to all negative reviews and either sets the record straight, or goes the extra mile and fixes the issue. These are the folks you want to call when you want a fairly price fixed and be sure it will get done correctly and quickly.

Very punctual. Very polite and professional! I would certainly use Helms Plumbing again!!

I highly recommend Helms Plumbing and Drains LLC. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.

This is 2nd time I have used Helms Plumbing and Drains, the whole experience was great from scheduling to repair. Chris responded quickly in getting me on the calendar. Dylan was awesome he was here right at on time found the problem got his supplies came back fixed my toilet in 25 minutes. He took the time to explain the issue and options. Overall great job and service. I will use Helms again for my plumbing needs

I had two different technicians (Frank and Chris) that worked and diagnosed my issue and both were great at communicating what was wrong and my options. Those I spoke with were very professional and I would recommend helms to anyone In the Charlotte metro area.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Chris and Dillon with my drain problem. They were quick to respond to my call and had my problem fixed promptly. They also gave me insight to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Helms for any of your plumbing and drain issues.

Frank was very kind and professional. He fixed my drain problem in minutes and gave a few pointers on how to keep my clog from happening again. Also pricing was very reasonable! I will use Helms for all my plumbing needs. You guys are the best!

Have been a satisfied customer for the last three years and come to rely on Helms fast efficient service! I was caught off guard this week after returning home from shopping and unloading groceries and such, I went to wash my hands and had no water! Called and left message they took it from there and work me in as soon as was possible and under not the best circumstances replaced the part needed and was so please with the nice friendly technician and got to know him. I was treated with warm personal service. Wouldn't think of using anyone else and would recommend Helms to everyone who have Plumbing and Drain needs!!! And yes in the past I have needed then for my kitchen drain.

I always have a great experience when using Helms for plumbing issues. Great customer service, high quality work, very polite people. They’ve done my tankless water heater and multiple small jobs where I had issues with a sink and toilets

What a great experience considering no one wants to have an emergency plumbing repair! I called Chris based on a previous contact I had at my sister’s house. My sister needed someone to come out to look at a ceiling leak she had from her upstairs plumbing and Chris Sr came out. He was so kind and helpful that 3 years later when my water pressure dropped to ZERO out of the blue, I called back and had Chris’ son respond to fix my water pressure regulator without a hitch! He instantly knew my issue and made the repair seamlessly. I cannot express how impressed I was with this business and you can tell customer service and satisfaction is their priority. Chris Sr—thanks for making a lasting impression and for raising your son to follow in your footsteps! I highly recommend this family business and the big sticker is mounted on my wall so I always have the number ready for referrals!!!
