After lightning hit their well and the well company replaced their pump, the Jossey family noticed a bunch of sediment in their water right before it slowed to a trickle. Stephen and Dillon tested their system and was able to find and clear out the excess sediment that was clogging their filtration system and their fixtures inside the home. He removed faucet cartridges to clean and lubricate them and thoroughly went through the entire system to ensure everything was flowing properly.

Mac and Stephen were able to quickly locate the drain issues using our camera and locator. The guys used our electric drain equipment to clear out the clog and then made the necessary repair to prevent future problems.

Jeremy noticed water seeping out around the base of his toilet when he flushed it, so he reached out to Helms Plumbing and Drains LLC. Brandy was able to coordinate with his work schedule for a convinient appointment time. Stephen and Dillon disconnected and removed the leaking toilet to inspect the flange and wax seal underneath. They ended up replacing the bolts and wax seal with new, and then reset the toilet and caulked around the base for aesthetics and easy cleaning.

Mr. White was hearing some bubbling and gurgling noises from his downstairs toilet when they ran water in other areas of their home that day. Brandy got him scheduled for that afternoon, and when Dillon and Stephen got there his clean out was leaking down to the curb. They were able find the best access point, clear the tree roots out of a damaged connection, and located it for Mr. White using our sewer pipe camera and underground locator. Stephen and Dillon were able to provide an accurate repair cost to the damaged underground drain pipe with the use of the proper equipment and their skills to use it. Mr. White can rest assured that his tree root problem is gone for good.

When the owner of this property got word from their tenant that the electric water heater was leaking in the floor he scheduled a same day appointment. Stephen got out ther quick to evaluate and gave options like suggesting an emergency pan and drain. He got the old water heater removed, hauled away for recycle, and the new water heater installed in a new emergency pan with a new drain to the outside of the home. When this water heater finally quits atleast it wont leak all over the floor again. The tenant had their hot water restored the same day.

The Weidaw's were updating a bathroom with some new finishes but ran into some trouble with their tub drin pieces. Stephen and Dillon had the right tools and knowledge to safely remove the old trim pieces and instal the pretty new gold ones to match their bathrooms new look.

After weeks of complaining about lukewarm showers and a rapidly emptying hot water supply, their aging 8-year-old gas water heater finally gave out, leaving them with nothing but a sputter of cold water. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment to install a 40-gallon standard vent gas water heater to ensure the family had an adequate supply of hot water when needed.
